- Morning around 8.30 a.m. – moong dal porridge.
- Around noon time – limited meals.
- Evening around 7.30 p.m. – light meals.
- Night – cup of milk (if necessary).
- On EkAdhaSi, milk and fruits whenever needed.

- Wake up around 4.30 a.m.
- Complete daily publishing, updates, media sharing, etc., by 6 a.m.
- snAnam, Urdhva puNdram, sandhyAvandhanam, etc., done by 6.30 a.m.
- thiruvArAdhanam preparation etc., and thiruvArAdhanam completion by 8.45 a.m.
- SrIrangam periya kOyil – kUrathAzhwAn, nammAzhwAr sannidhi thiruvArAdhanam kainkaryams done by 10.15 a.m. Other kainkaryams may extend up to 11 a.m.
- Reading granthams, preparation for kAlakshEpam.
- Brief rest.
- Noon time – prasAdham.
Afternoon
- Session 1 – santhai/kAlakshEpams – 1.30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- Session 2 – kAlakshEpam – 3.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
Evening
- Translation activities, Q & A – answering, meetings till 7.30 p.m.
- Light meals prasAdham – 7.30 p.m.
- Translation activities, Q & A – answering, meetings till 9.45 p.m.
- Go to Sleep around 10 p.m.
- During uthsavam times, schedule will be quite hectic and random.
Additional point: Sometimes while walking/travelling, swAmy will be reciting nithyAnusandhAnam in mind.
